The Non smoking apartment is located on the first floor of the front building. • Tastefully furnished living room with comfortable double sofa bed, satellite TV and radio. • Fully equipped kitchen, stove with oven • 1. Bedroom with 1 single bed, TV-SAT • 2. Bedroom with 1 single bed and cot if required (up to 2 years),  • Floors: Living room, hallway and kitchen with insulating Venyl-plastic covering, bedrooms with textile-Auslegeware. • Shower room / WC,  • Seating in the garden.

Our house consists of 3 residential units. It can be the whole house, each a house floor or be rented. In common-to-use garden are seats and soft furnishings to relax. For the kids there is a large grassy play area with swings and sandpit. We have 2 bicycles for small children and for the large 2 DINO CARS (Kettcars / Gokarts) as 2-seater or 1-seater.

Arrivals are possible from 15:00 to 18:00 and departures from 07:00 to 10:00.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.
