The apartment is located in the attic. Living room with TV, radio, DVD player, 3 separate bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower bath, kitchen with oven, stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker and kettle, balcony, sun loungers, a long car park for TWO consecutive cars at the house, Bed linen and utilities (electricity, water, heating) are included in the price. Please bring your own towels.

Bike rental FREE until May (June, July and August: 3 EUR / day and bicycle): Loan on demand and if bicycles are available and after registration on arrival. We have for you 28 brand gentlemen's bikes (trekking), as well as 28 and 26 brand women's bikes (trekking and city), all up to date with lighting, hub dynamos, luggage carriers and bags. In addition we have 2 children's bikes (14 and 16 inches) and 2 youth bikes (24s).

Our breakfast box (only in the months of November to March) Your breakfast is waiting in front of your apartment! So that you can sleep well and start the day comfortably, we put together a breakfast box of your choice! Our breakfast box is stocked with fresh local produce every morning! Between 8:00 and 8:30 we deliver your breakfast box directly in front of your apartment! Groß und geräumig

Schöne Räume und Bad und ein grosser Balkon, Wir konnten beide Autos parken und sehr schön war ein abgeschlossener Schuppen für e-Bikes. Kleine Probleme wurden schnell behoben. Im Bad könnten mehr Hacken oder Stangen für Handtücher sein.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Wir haben uns hier sehr wohlgefühlt. Der große Wohn- und Küchenbereich ist für einen Aufenthalt mit mehreren Personen gut geeignet, dazu schnelles WLAN. Die drei Schlafzimmer lassen nichts zu wünschen übrig. Einzig die schmale steile Treppe ins Dachgeschoss war für mich (72) etwas problematisch.

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Die Wohnung war sauber und geräumig. Wir hatten mit der Feuerwehr direkt nebenan Glück, bis den einen Morgen wo wir aus dem Schlaf gerissen wurden ;)

Fast perfekt !

Vorab bemerkt, wir sind eine 5-köpfige Familie und langjährige Usedom Fans. Allerdings hatten wir uns das erste mal in Zinnowitz eingemietet( sonst waren wir im Nachbarort), da wir neuerdings mit der DB umweltfreundlich reisen möchten, waren wir auf der Suche nach einer Fewo in Bahnhofsnähe. Die Fewo selbst ist perfekt, modern eingerichtet, gute Betten da gab es nichts zu meckern. Schlüsselübergabe könnte nach Absprache vor Ort erfolgen (Schlüsselsafe mit Code), der Buchungsvorgang über Herrn Richter lief auch perfekt und vor Ort im Ladengeschäft Strandstraße gab es auch ein offenes Ohr (Kurtaxe, allgemeine Auskünfte usw.) Das einzige Manko ( das ist unsere Meinung ) sind leider die vielen Autos, welche rund um die Uhr am Haus vorbei fahren. Wer sich auf der Insel auskennt, kann sich sicherlich vorstellen was gemeint ist. Das ist wirklich schade, wie bereits erwähnt die Wohnung ist wirklich wunderschön. Wer wirklich Ruhe sucht, wird dort wahrscheinlich nicht glücklich werden können.
