The key was hard to get out of the box, no light and moves around on the handle, I mount boxes on the outside of my units (works better) and a photocell for the porch light would help anyone coming after dark.

Not what I expected
I booked this overnight as a surprise for my husband. When we arrived, the inside was SO HOT. It took us awhile to get the remote for the air conditioning to register changes, according to the posted instructions. We left for a couple hours for an appt and dinner, hoping it would cool off while we were out. When we got home, there was absolutely no difference... still hot (98 degrees outside, hotter inside). My husband stood on the couch and reached up to manually turn on the AC... it took forever to cool off, but never did in the bedroom because it's entirely blocked from the AC by a wall. We sweated all night.
Also, fan in the bathroom doesn't work.
