It ain’t the Ritz but the location and accessibility to the mountain is what you are paying for (and what you want.) Very functional, very efficient, and very convenient ski condo. Highly recommended.
First floor, ski in ski out right off the back porch. The condo was nice and clean. Disappointed the fire place was "out of order" but everything else was perfect!

Perfect location
This place was perfect for ski in and ski out at the base of Okemo Mountain. We loved skiing to unit for breaks and lunch. Got.to avoid the expense of the lodge. So nice to wake up and be in the middle of everything. Place was clean, well stocked, bed was comfy, we enjoyed the cable TV. We decided this was our new place for skiing. Will definitely be back, we loved it!!!!
It was great to pull open the curtains and see the lift just across the way! Having the comfort of getting dressed in the condo and just walking out and onto the lift was great.
Older decor and older appliances but they all worked fine. Bathroom fan was loud and several light bulbs burnt out.
Perfect Location.
Problems:
1. Oven did not work.
2. Fridge did not work.
3. Pull out sofa not operational (slept on floor)
4. No cable tv
5. Blinds missing most slats.
5. Hole under electric fireplace where real fire place was removed. Cold air and smell of smoke blew in.
6. Onsite coin washer dryer out of order.
This was for my 50th bday.
Old and smelly everything is old and outdated and the most important part in your false advertisement is the fireplace has not worked in TWO years but yet you advertise it knowing it has not been working. You leave the option open till a customer who scrolls down and see all the things that are not working but at that point all the other good rooms are taken. You charge top dollar for impartial goods - not cool! I will escalate this and put an accurate review of this false advertisement.

Not worth it
I don’t usually leave negative reviews online, but feel like the next person renting should be aware that this is a pretty rundown uncomfortable condo. The location is great, steps from the chairlift, but the furniture is old and broken. You couldn’t really hang out in the living room because the sofa is lumpy and you can’t lay on it, and the arm chair was broken. The fireplace was also broken, and quite a few lights in the unit didn’t work. When you take a ski vacation, you want to be cozy and comfortable, especially when you’re paying 2k for three nights. I’ve stayed at other Okemo condos that are way nicer for the same amount of money. Very disappointed. Hopefully they make some upgrades to this unit so that future guests can actually enjoy being so close to the chairlift.

Good…but mouse in the house
This was a decent property. Great location right on the side of the mountain a one min walk to the lift. However, our second night we saw a mouse on the kitchen counter. We called and they were not very helpful. A nice maintenance man put out one trap that night and came back the next day to put two more out. We called to get our condo switched (the night we saw the mouse) and they said they would look into it and call me back however they never called me back. Good place however not great customer service. It felt dirty and uncomfortable staying in a rental property with a mouse where it was walking all over the kitchen. There were holes in the baseboard on the base cabinets which allowed the mouse to hide.

Great location for a condo
We loved the location. You can ski directly to the porch, leave your equipment there, and enter. The bedroom was great and we enjoyed good nights sleep.
We stayed for 3 nights -the place was clean (I received an email at checkin time asking if the room was clean) but could stand to be updated. Living room set is very low to the floor - not comfortable (especially trying to get ski boots off/on). Not being able to use fireplace was disappointing and the wood pile (?decorative purpose?) seemed to have brought in a few unwanted insects that we took care of. WiFi was spotty and Kitchen appliances were clean and in working condition but a bit outdated - not a problem if you eat out vs. cooking in).
On a positive note -the bed and pillows were very comfortable (but we purchased our own air mattress to bring - would have been useful to note that the room supplied one to save us that expense.)
All in all we booked this room 3 months ago so there weren’t many available to choose from for the ski in/ski out feature which was very convenient but the room’s view had ski lessons located directly outside in clear view so it wasn’t a peaceful experience to see people constantly in our view during lift hours (I didn’t ski one of our two days) but not a problem if you’re skiing all day.
The management’s emails were extremely helpful and the room served its purpose but the owners may want to consider some upgrades in the near future.
Ski out with view of mountain. Condo is dated but fine for short ski stay. Comfortable bed. No extra blankets and fireplace wasn’t working. Four can fit but it’s tight. Can’t beat the convenience.

Liked: Check-in, location
Disliked: Communication, listing accuracy
Don’t be fooled | condo accommodates 2 & is poorly maintained
While the location of the property was as expected and excellent, that is where the accuracies of the listing end. There are accommodations for only two people in the single bedroom. An ancient unusable pullout couch with rotting paper thin mattress and broken springs necessitated that our children sleep on the floor. As the rest of the condo is similarly in disrepair and poorly maintained sleeping on the floor meant being exposed to a cold draft from a poorly insulated sliding door. While this door opens to a great slope side location, even with pillows placed as makeshift insulation it also felt like it was open for throughout the night. The fireplace was inoperable so the main room never was adequately heated, especially for sleeping at ground level. The rest of the condo was clean but clearly has not been maintained for many years. Paint was chipping, outdated appliances especially the freezer makes continual disruptive humming noise, water temperature is extreme either hot or cold but unable to find a sweet spot for a comfortable shower. Overall disappointing - and because of the lack of sleeping accommodations for our family of 4 we had to cut the trip short - but the location is a winner…..
