Just 30 minutes from Rouen, in the heart of a splendid estate and vast landscaped park, this cosy cottage is housed in a former 18th-century bread oven. It features original and warm decor. The garden is open but offers private areas. Enjoy beautiful walks in the French-style château park, designated a historic monument, featuring century-old trees and a rose garden. Tennis court available. Wi-Fi, sheets included. Nearby: on the estate, a 12-person cottage (G4024) and in the village, a 4-person cottage (G4118). Ground floor: - Kitchen (dishwasher), - Living/dining room with decorative fireplace, stereo system, and sitting area with flat-screen TV, - Bathroom with toilet and washing machine. Upstairs: - 1 bedroom (1 queen-size bed, 160x200), - on the mezzanine (3 single beds). Outdoor furniture with a terrace, barbecue, and a view of the sunset.
