Authentic wooden chalet in the heart of the Vercors - Splendid view - Swimming pool - 13p

This authentic and spacious wooden chalet, situated on a 1600m² plot with no overlooking neighbors, boasts breathtaking views and a swimming pool (summer months). In a peaceful location, less than 2km from the centre of Villard de Lans and 4km from the Côte 2000 ski resort, it is close to all amenities and the many activities offered in the Vercors region. You can access hiking and mountain biking trails directly from the chalet. Combining comfort and modern amenities, this chalet, which can accommodate up to 13 people, is ideal for a memorable holiday with family or friends. It features a large and very pleasant living area with an entrance hall, a lounge with bay windows, and a dining room in a beautiful cathedral-ceilinged space, all centred around a Scandinavian wood-burning stove. A woodshed with firewood is available to fuel the stove. The fully equipped kitchen is adjoining and open to the living room. It also provides access to an utility room containing a washing machine, dryer, and a second refrigerator. One door leads outside, and another to the ski room, which also has exterior access. All ski and hiking equipment can be left in this room. The chalet includes 5 bedrooms and a reading/TV area. On the ground floor: - Bedroom 1: 1 queen bed + private bathroom (shower + sink) - Bedroom 2: 2 bunk beds, 90 cm each - Bedroom 3: 1 queen bed + private bathroom (shower + sink) Upstairs: - Bedroom 4: 1 queen bed (can be split into 2 single beds) - Bedroom 5: 1 queen bed (can be split into 2 single beds) (can be split into 2 x 80cm beds) + 1 single bed (90cm) - TV area with 1 sofa + 1 pull-out bed: 2 single mattresses (90cm). A large bathroom with bathtub, shower, and sinks. All necessary equipment for babies and young children is available. Many games for children of all ages are also provided. Cleaning is included (host's fee). Sheets and towels are optional (€25/person). Rentals are by the week during school holidays, with rates varying according to the period (see calendar). Weekend rentals are also possible outside of school holidays (minimum 2 nights).
