This pretty, detached, air-conditioned house stands on the edge of a large enclosed garden (1.5 hectares). A brand new heated swimming pool will delight everyone. In the evening, the absence of light pollution will allow you to see the night sky as you have rarely seen it before. Pets are not allowed. The cottage (4-star "furnished tourist accommodation" and 4 ears of corn "Gîtes de France") is located 65 km from Lake Pareloup, 65 km from Najac, and 75 km from Saint-Cirq-Lapopie. This independent cottage is located near a hamlet, in the heart of the countryside. Spread over 2 levels, 3 bedrooms (3 double beds and 1 single bed), 2 shower rooms and 1 bathroom, fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher), living/dining room (sofas, television, internet/Wi-Fi access - fibre optic, wood-burning stove), reversible air conditioning and full electric heating, laundry/pantry (washing machine, dryer), 2 private open terraces of 60m² each, 1 private enclosed terrace (14m²), private enclosed grounds (1.5 hectares), private swimming pool (8x4m) heated by heat pump from May 15th to September 30th, air conditioning in the bedrooms and living/dining room, covered carport/private parking for 3 cars, garden furniture, barbecue, secure bicycle storage, baby equipment (cot, pillow) Changing table, bathtub, high chair). Electric vehicle charging station (PLEASE NOTE: If an electric vehicle is connected, electricity will be charged extra based on the metre reading for the charging station: €0.20 per kWh). The price includes: bed linen (beds made upon arrival), towels (excluding pool towels), electricity (excluding electric vehicle charging), heating, firewood, and end-of-stay cleaning. It does not include the tourist tax.

C’est notre deuxième séjour dans ce gîte de la famille Ferdin. Si cette fois, nous n’avons pas pu profiter de la piscine, le séjour fut néanmoins encore bien agréable. Conque, Belcastel ou encore Estaing, les lieux d’excusions ne manquent pas dans la région.Le gîte est situé dans une impasse et offre donc une tranquillité exceptionnelle.Une personne vous accueille à votre arrivée et vous donne toutes les informations utiles sur ce gîte bien équipéLa pièce de vie est spacieuse et deux baies vitrées offrent une vue imprenable sur les environs. La literie est très confortable. En résumé on recommande !
