Amandier du Canigou A new, single-storey, detached house facing the Canigou mountains

New in Vernet les bains, a new single-storey house (65 m²) for 2 to 4 people. For your holidays, your spa treatment or your fitness stay. We have named it "Amandier du Canigou".
Located in a cul-de-sac, in a quiet area. In a wooded environment, our rental "Amandier du Canigou" is south-east facing the majestic Mount Canigou that you can see from the dining room of the rental, or from its large terrace of 25m² which will allow you to enjoy lunches outside and bask in the sun in the deckchairs or the hammock. A small garden of 80 m² extends it. The kitchen is functional, tiled and very well equipped (oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, family coffee maker and Senseo, raclette, small appliances). From the master bedroom you can go directly to the terrace, a large dressing room will allow you to store your clothes, the bed is 140, a colourful and neat decoration will seduce you. In the entrance, a large dressing room is decorated with elements that make a nod to the Belle époque past of Vernet les Bains, the bedroom with 2 beds in 90 is also decorated in the same soft and light spirit where the pine furniture (bed and chest of drawers) and straw light fixtures, on the walls old posters dominate. In the living room, a sofa facing a large TV is decorated in a blue atmosphere. The whole is completed by a bathroom with walk-in shower and a separate toilet. In front of the house, a parking space and a small garage with the washing machine. You can store your bikes, sports equipment. A small space of 25 m² enclosed.
The rental is a 15-minute walk from the spa and the city centre.

- Visit: Animal park, caves, Dinopedia, yellow train, Saint Martin du Canigou, Saint Michel de Cuxa.
1- In Vernet you will find all the shops, pharmacy, casino, fitness centre. An aquatic area with 2 swimming pools (1 of which is covered) and slide. Tennis, bowling alley.
The village is the starting point for many hiking trails.
2- Less than 2 kms: Animal park, abbey of St Martin du Canigou, caves, Fort Liberia, fortified city of Villefranche de Conflent, yellow train. Carança gorges, caving, canyoning, mountain biking
3- A little further: You are 45 minutes from the Canet Sea, Argelès Collioure and the Font-Romeu and Les Angles mountains and 2 hours from Andorra.
