The large kitchen is equipped with professional grade appliances including a gas range and oven and an electric wall oven with warming drawer, new refrigerator, dishwasher, air fryer and Nespresso coffee maker. The butcher block counter is perfect for preparing family meals. There is counter space with stools for casual dining with a formal dining room beyond the enclosed kitchen.
Each room boasts expansive views of the valley and Wasatch Mountain range beyond.

There is also an adjacent free-standing apartment with a private entrance. It is equipped with a kitchenette, and has a sitting room, full bath and one bedroom with two full size beds. The apartment has separate heating and cooling.

The home is located on a beautiful property surrounded by mountains and wildlife, with plenty of outdoor space to enjoy the views. There is a covered patio that wraps around 2 full sides of the house. Lounge furniture, hammocks, outdoor dining and a fire pit. All there for you to relax and pass the days watching the hummingbirds sip the sweet nectar of the beautiful flowers planted throughout the property.
