Superb Tiny House with private parking and panoramic terrace, for 1 to 2 people, located in the hills above Aix-les-Bains, in a quiet area, 20 minutes from the alpine and Nordic ski resorts of Savoie Grand Revard and 10 minutes from the beaches of Lake Bourget. The view is unobstructed over the Revard mountain and the Bauges massif, a haven for Nordic skiing, horseback riding, mountain biking, and... Tomme de Savoie cheese! Located on the edge of the Corsuet forest, it's an ideal starting point year-round for numerous walks and hikes, trail running, or mountain biking, with panoramic views overlooking Lake Bourget, the largest natural lake in France... and undoubtedly one of the most beautiful! Numerous road cycling routes allow you to tackle some legendary nearby mountain passes or, more leisurely, cycle around Lake Bourget. The Revard Nordic ski area is a 20-minute drive or public transport ride away, and the La Féclaz alpine ski resort is 30 minutes away. The famous and historic thermal baths Aix-les-Bains is 15 minutes away (thermal treatments for rheumatology and phlebology). Annecy and its lake, Chambéry and its cultural and historical heritage, are less than 30 minutes away. The shopping centre, highway access, and train station are 3 minutes away. A professional mountain guide, your host Bruno will be able to perfectly advise you on the activities that best suit your plans and, optionally, guide and supervise you on customised sporting, cultural, or heritage excursions.
