SECURITY & SAFETY
- Keyless entry and video security for your safety. For the safety and security of our guests and neighbors, the exterior of the home is monitored 24/7 by video and audio.
- This property is equipped with a device that monitors the environment inside the property (including noise levels, temperature, and motion) to ensure guests have a pleasant stay and our neighbors are not disturbed.

PARKING & ACCESSIBILITY
- Street parking only with minimal parking restrictions (NO PRIVATE PARKING). We are not responsible for tickets, tows, or finding a spot. Evenings can get a bit busy, but you can always find a spot!
- The owner and handyman live in the 2 units behind the house; their entrance is through the right side gate, so you may see them walking by from time to time. They also use the shared laundry in the back from time to time.

LISTING INTERACTION
- We live in the vicinity and frequently drive by our homes. We are very attentive to our guests and are here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. We are only a phone call or message away, and our groundskeeper lives onsite in the separate back unit on the property and is available 24/7 to help out or show you the space, or resolve any issues.

TRANSIT
- Public transportation is right around the block, plenty of Ubers/Rentals, and scooters. Download the Bird app before traveling for quick access to the motorized scooters!

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
- This home has lots of character and NO A/C. We have ceiling fans, room fans, and the ocean breeze cools down the house quickly.
- Ocean Beach is near the airport flight path, and noise can be heard from time to time, so if you`re a light sleeper, you may want to bring earplugs. No refunds given for plane noise.
- Filming or production work is allowed with an additional fee; ask us about it.

▪️ NO unplugging/tampering/covering any Wi-Fi, outdoor security cams, locks, etc ($100 fee will apply).
▪️ NO unlawful use of our home (illegal activities or substances, etc. $500 fee will apply)
▪️ USE coasters under all glasses, cups, or mugs to prevent water rings and stains.
▪️ USE trivet mats for hot pots to prevent heat damage to surfaces.
▪️ Garbage disposal: DO NOT put metal, plastic, egg shells, grease, potato peels, bones, coffee grounds, pasta, or celery in the disposal—throw them away. If it stops working, press the small red button under the sink or use an Allen wrench to free it up.
▪️ Well-behaved pets are welcome per our pet policy! ($100 per pet per month).
▪️ For Monthly Guests, we have a Utility Cap of $200; guests will be responsible for any overages.
▪️ Guest cannot alter the property, move furniture or appliances, remove any signage, or bring in their own furniture (incl but not limited to: rugs, chairs, artwork, etc.)
▪️ Guest must have valid working phone number, Any intent from a guest to establish tenancy, or overstay on the property longer than the agreed upon end date or without paying in advance is considered “criminal trespassing” and will be treated as such.
