Wonderful place!

Right in front of the beach, stores conveniently near by, and it was nice and clean! Definitely recommend and we would love to stay again in the future.

Wonderful beach vacation!

Beautiful oceanfront home located ~2 miles south of Surf City bridge! Covered parking. Our dog enjoyed beach life! Rooms are spacious with beach decor. Large kitchen with table to share meals.

Nice vacation

Beautiful home and location. Heads up because to bring hand, laundry, dish and dishwasher soap, paper products (tissues, toilet paper, paper towels) and trash liners as these items are not provided. Beach chairs, and beach towels bring along unless you are planning on buying them.

Quick family trip beautiful home gorgeous view. Parking is limited so plan. Comforters are paper thin I would bring your own blankets. Very clean.

Beautiful beach get away

We stayed at Shore Thing for week with family. It was a gorgeous house. Plenty of room for us to have our own space. Perfect for kids and a dog. We loved the deck space and the hoses to rinse off. Open kitchen/ living room was great community space. It was like we had our own private beach. There really wasn’t anything we would change. It was a small piece of paradise and we hope to return!

Other than the cleaning service, everything was great. Overall it was not cleaned well before our arrival: windows, blinds, dusty furniture, dirty bedskirt, dirt under furniture, bathroom counters not cleaned well, no dishwasher detergent or enough hand soaps, rough towels, no kitchen towels…But the location was absolutely wonderful

We loved being right on the beach, and our dog loved it too. We saw dolphins almost every day. The beach wasn't crazy busy, and we were the perfect distance from town. We look forward to staying here again in the future.
