23m² STUDIO-CABIN located on the 1st floor, comprising: a cabin in the entrance with two 80 x 200 cm bunk beds for children, a shower room, separate WC. A living area with a kitchenette equipped with ceramic hobs, microwave, large refrigerator with freezer compartment, washing machine, espresso machine, dishes and cooking utensils. Living room with a 140 x 200 cm sofa bed, dining area, flat-screen TV. A 12m² terrace furnished with garden furniture and an awning facing SOUTH/EAST.
Pleasant Studio-Cabin, suitable for 4 people, close to the beach, marina and shops. Private parking in the gated community with an electric gate.

Bed linen and towels are not provided. End-of-stay cleaning is not included in the rental price. (Optional, upon request)
