This condo has been fully appointed with everything you need for a comfortable beach escape - air conditioning, a private washer/dryer, free WiFi, and a full kitchen (with a dishwasher). There's assigned parking to eliminate any additional stress, flatscreen TVs in both the living room and the bedroom, and a private oceanfront balcony where you can begin and end each beautiful day.




In this part of midtown Ocean City, you'll be mere steps from the beach in one direction and less than a block from Coastal Highway in the other, providing you with easy access to a wide variety of restaurants, shops, bars, markets, miniature golf courses, and other sources of entertainment. The 58-acre expanse of Northside Park is two miles north, while the heart of the Ocean City Boardwalk is less than four miles south.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
