Apartment of 125 m2: Kitchen, dining room / living room, 4 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, private terrace overlooking spacious garden. Unobstructed view of the Durance valley and the surrounding mountains.
Outdoor activities and leisure: Hiking, canoeing, skydiving, cycling, climbing, water activities.

The accommodation is located on the ground floor of a house with a discreetly occupied accommodation upstairs.

The terrace is private.
You can access the large garden in front of the house.

Boulodrome and junior basketball court (City park type) in the village.

You will be halfway between Gap (20min) and Sisteron (25min), ideally placed to enjoy the many activities in the Hautes-Alpes and the Alpes de Haute Provence.

40 minutes away: Serre Ponçon lake (very beautiful lake with many water activities), renowned Ceüse climbing site.
