Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Love the location of this condo. Very spacious. Sofa bed was rusty and unusable but everything else was great.

Property management was terrible

There were no sheets and towels in the unit. The listing said sheets and towels were provided. There was a sign in the unit saying "Thank you for choosing Sea Play Homes Linen Service." But no sheets and towels. I called Vacasa at 5:15 pm on our checkin day to report the missing sheets and towels. They said they would "try" to get us some. We stayed 4 nights and never received sheets and towels. I WOULD NOT recommend this property, and would not recommend staying anywhere managed by Vacasa. Other issues: There is no wifi. The network they provided us did not exist. The unit wasn't cleaned well, if at all. There was sand on the floor and a ton of sand on the coffee table when we arrived. There was broken glass on the balcony. The shower in the master bath doesn't drain. We ended up spending $94 on sheets, towels, and data overage charges because of the lack of basic amenities that we were promised. We should have left on the first night and demanded a refund. Don't make the mistake we made!

Nice Place Overall

The proximity to the beach, and activities was great, we could tell that care was taken to clean the common areas; however, the bathtub in the main bedroom was extremely clogged, and the bathtub in the second bathroom was not cleaned. There was a bag left for our linens at the end of the week, but it already had dirty linens in it from the previous occupants, and we were not left with enough blankets. I called the rental group once due to an issue with the wifi, but when I tried to call back later about the other issues, the number wouldn't connect. I attempted calling multiple times and eventually gave up. In general, it was a very nice place. Great location, working appliances, safe, functional, and even areas with games and books for downtime. If I knew that those other items were addressed, I would stay there again.

MB vacation

The condo was very nice. Lots of room and it was great being on the same floor as the pool. Only wish there was a TV in the second bedroom. We would definitely stay there again.
