Enjoy your morning coffee or after-dinner cocktail on the oversized 300 square foot beachfront balcony, which offers seating for 6 including an outdoor table and chairs and two cushioned chaise loungers. You'll enjoy cooking in the gourmet kitchen, featuring granite countertops, upgraded stainless steel appliances including a smooth cook top, side-by-side fridge with in-door water and ice dispenser, and all the small appliances and utensils you'll need to prepare your favorite meal. The dining area offers a beautiful table with seating for four, with additional seating at the breakfast bar.

We loved being beach front, the condo was beautifully decorated and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean and well maintained. It had an indoor pool and exercise facilities as well. It was late in the season so we didn’t swim in the outdoor pools, but they were clean but cold. Lol

Everything was clean and organized. Great view of the beach. Master bathroom toilet would run at night so we had to get up to jiggle the handle. Other then that it’s a great condo.

This was my second time vacationing in 5B. This unit was just what my friend and I needed for a girl's retreat extended weekend! Condo unit was perfect and well equipped with the perfect views. Check in was easy and I will definitely be looking to rent here on my next trip!

great place to beach for a few days

we enjoyed the trip. there are a few codes to enter for security purposes. nothing too crazy but you have to remember them to get around. All-in-all a convenient stay for a family of 6

Although the building was under construction, we found the unit and location exactly how it was listed. Very updated and extremely clean. Communication with property manager was outstanding. I will definitely rent with Luxury Coastal Vacations again!

This unit in Beach Colony is as advertised. The condo location in Beach Colony is private with stunning views of the beach, ocean and sunrise. The condo itself was beautiful and cozy for our relaxing long weekend. We will definitely rent this unit on our next trip.

We had a wonderful vacation here. Unit was spacious and clean. View from balcony was fabulous. Easy access to elevator, pool, and beach. Nice big fitness center and pool was good size, clean, and quiet. Beds were comfortable! Easy to operate tvs also. Publix grocery store was 5 minutes away. Pay attention to # of amenities included in case your family needs more for your stay. We brought an extra roll of toilet paper and laundry soap.

Favorite condo yet!

We did not want to leave! We've stayed at the beach in Fort Walton and Pensacola a few times. We always rent a condo on the beach. This beach and this beautiful condo was our favorite stay yet! At first glance we thought Beach Colony looked a bit dated. But, once we got into our room and saw the balcony with the view, we were hooked! I would recommend this place highly. It is clean, beautiful, it wasn't crowded, so the wait for an elevator was nothing (trouble here in the past). We plan to come back next year, too!

Fall Getaway

Couldn’t be more pleased with this condo, the decor was beautiful. We were due to check in at 4p, but received a text that our condo was ready at 3p, so we could start our vacation early. We received all of the gate and door codes in an email, but the elevator code was not in the same paragraph as the other codes. I would like to suggest that all codes should be located together. Less confusion.

Nice Condo in Convinent Location - Beautiful Beach Views

We enjoyed staying at this condo. The beds were comfortable, and it was well-stocked with starter materials. The kitchen had every utensil I needed to cook a few meals, and the TV had all the apps one would want to entertain the family during the rainy days. The balcony had a lovely view of the ocean, and the outdoor pool in the West building was always clean and accommodating. The location is walkable to some restaurants and shops and only a short drive over the bridge to Publix, Winn-Dixie, and pharmacies. The only constructive feedback would be that the keys to the front door were extremely difficult to turn, and once turned the door was hard to open. We could tell this has been an issue for a while because the frame where the doorknob connects with the frame was very unstable from where you had to really work to get the door open. We honestly just left it unlocked because of this issue because we were afraid of not being able to get back in.
