Holiday house Balkenvilla Kolberg / Heidesee / Brandenburg

You can expect a cozy cottage in log house style with a living space of 70 m² on 2 floors for 5 people. In the attic there are 2 bedrooms and a balcony.
For our youngest guests we have a travel / extra bed and a high chair.
In the living area there is the spacious living room with open kitchen and dining area, fireplace, TV, WiFi, and a large bathroom with shower.
The large terrace invites you to sunbathe and relax.
The house is located on a 1700 m² plot of land with a parking space south of Berlin.
Kolberg invites you to experience the region from the water with its own beach and boat harbor. The port has a slipway, so you can easily launch your own boat with the trailer. From here you can be in Berlin in about 5 hours. There are 2 water ski facilities in the vicinity. The distance from the house to the port and the beach is about 1 km. Our location and surroundings are also a popular destination for cyclists with lots of nature and the Spreewald nearby. It is about 40 km to Berlin.
