It is a comfortable, spacious and fully equipped 3-bedroom apartment with 2 separate bedrooms, and a high quality sofa bed in the living room (with real mattress and rust). SAT-TV (flat screen in the living room, as well as in each bedroom available), for max. 6 persons.    

Our HOUSE LORENZ is located about 300 meters from Lake Constance, the town center has been reached quickly on foot. Shops, mooring facilities, catering and leisure facilities to be reached in the immediate vicinity. Experience a wide variety of delicious and relaxing holiday. All apartments have balconies, large windows and are therefore very bright and friendly. When setting we have taken extra mile in order to create an attractive ambience for a relaxing holiday. In all the apartments are fitted kitchen, available with dishwasher, stove and microwave / grill. We offer free Wi-Fi. Car and bicycle parking spaces (in the garage) are available. Bicycle rental is also to be found in the immediate vicinity! Inside the building, we ask you to refrain from smoking in order to preserve the quality of housing upright for All! Pets: Only on prior request !! Fees Pets: 5,00 Euro per day. Prices quoted do not include tax. This is from 01. 04. to 31. 10. 2.50 Euro per person / day, from 01. 11. to 31. 03. 1.20 Euro per person / day, children up to 15 years free.

Arrivals are possible from 13:00 to 18:00 and departures from 07:00 to 10:00.

Schöne Ferienwohnung in guter Lage

Gut ausgestattete FeWo mit großer Terrasse. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, sowie das Seeufer zum Baden in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Sehr nette Vermieter. Wir würden wieder buchen.

Entspannter Urlaub in Immenstaad

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne und entspannte Ferienwoche bei Familie Lorenz in Immenstaad. Wir haben uns pudelwohl gefühlt in der Wohnung und würden sie jederzeit wieder buchen! Die Wohnung sieht genauso aus wie auf den Fotos und ist sehr sauber und gemütlich. Man konnte alles gut von dem Standpunkt aus erreichen, ob mit Bus oder Schiff. Vielen Dank an Familie Lorenz!
