This is a beautiful waterfront paradise. Villa was built in 2005 featuring luxury design. The backyard is nice and spacious with a beautiful view. Featuring large heated swimming pool, Jacuzzi , sitting area and a grill. Historic Hollywood Beach makes it a perfect vacation spot. If you traveling with family or friends, this house will make you feel right at home.
A master bedroom with a king size bed and a huge bathroom. Second bedroom with another king size bed. Third bedroom has also a king size bed. Fourth bedroom has a Queen bed. Also, central A/C, WI-FI, Smart TVs, washer & dryer for convenience.


Hollywood boardwalk with nice Beachfront restaurants less than five minutes away, live music, and a newly constructed Margaritaville resort and spa. Take a dip in the Atlantic Ocean!!!
A 15-minute drive from Port Everglades & Ft. Lauderdale Airport, and a 30-minute drive from Miami International Airport or Port of Miami, this makes a quick and easy drive home to this location. Roughly twelve minutes drive from this home is a Gulfstream Park that has horse racing, a casino, bowling, dining, and shopping perfect for the whole family to enjoy. Few blocks to Young circle Arts Park in downtown Hollywood, where more great restaurants, nightlife and weekly activities like movies, concerts, and food trucks for the whole family takes place. Nothing beats this great location in the core of the scenic city of Hollywood.

We had an amazing stay at this home. It was spotless, comfortable, and perfectly suited for our group of eight. The dock access was a huge bonus as our charter was able to pick us up right at the property, which made our boat day effortless and enjoyable. The location could not have been better, and Valeria was absolutely wonderful to work with. She was responsive, kind, and accommodating. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Similar to other reviews, we felt the place could use a little TLC, but overall no complaints with the house itself. It fit the bill and looked just like the pictures. The downside was the heated pool and hot tub. We booked this house primarily so we could enjoy the pool and hot tub each night. Unfortunately we were never able to take full advantage of either due to various issues with them. Credit to the host, however. She did make attempts to rectify the various issues we encountered each day, but ultimately, we left feeling disappointed with the stay.

Great space, but could use a little TLC.

The home certainly fit what we needed. Great space for everyone to have their own rooms. The home in general is a bit warn. Looks like it was a full time rental with no one living there. However, being a rental space and for the price we paid, we did feel general items were missing: toilet paper and kleenex (only enough to get us started), soap in showers, hand soap, laundry soap. Those should be expected in any rental unit. The fan in the bedroom didn't work because the remote was lost. We were there for a week and would have assumed that was enough time to get a replacement. The hosts were very nice and responsive, just felt a bit unkept. The kitchen was minimally stocked with items. The home is a 4 bedroom allowing for lots of people, yet only 3 pool towels. No extra hand towels or wash clothes. No garbage bags.

Back to school vacation

The property was nice for a family. It was located in a great neighborhood and the owner was very quick to respond to messages. It was very close to Miami Beach and the airport as well. Everything was exactly as the pictures showed. There are games for the family. We even left a couple games for the next family. I would definitely book this vacation home again.
