Perfection at Eagle Crest

We had a very enjoyable 4 night stay, in the most perfect area of Eagle Crest. We've stayed at the resort many times & this location was the best. Being on the creek & seeing all the beautiful wildlife with a short walk to the pool, pickleball courts & gym. The home was very clean & comfortable. We will definitly stay there again.

Great place to stay.

This condo works well for a family get away. Parking right out the front door and out the back door and deck is a walking path that follows a creek . If you follow the creek downstream 5 minutes you will find the pool and splash pad. So Fun!

Good times

Master bed water didn’t get hot, tv was terrible, keep loosing connection ect. Other than that it was a good time! Thanks again!

The wi fi system was upgraded recently that covers all of the house and out to the deck and hot tub. We are so happy you had a good time and hope you give us another visit.

Nice home but some issues

Hot water heater not working. A 10 yo child entered our home while we were there from housekeeping using the door code without knocking or doorbell. Both issues addressed quickly. Cable cord not connected so had to fix so TV could be watched. BBQ dirty not working. Didn’t bother calling on this. These things should not happen!

We appreciate your feedback Holly. The water heater flipped the breaker and maintenance was there within 20 minutes to reset it. Housekeeping, as I explained within 2 minutes of the issue, did knock, they were a day early. They notified us immediately, and we called you immediately. They were extremely embarrassed and apologized profusely. The bbq just needed the gas turned on with the red inline switch. As you stated, we were very responsive to you. We would have been just as responsive to anything had we been given the chance. We truly appreciate good guests that treat our home respectfully as you did.
