The cons: There was a terrible smell of marijuana in the townhome, the carpet had not been vacuumed, and the other floors were sticky. There was only one washcloth, and a half a roll of toilet paper. The pros: it was walking distance to Mercedes Benz stadium and the hostess was pretty responsive with issues with the locks.

I take cleanliness and guest comfort very seriously, and I wish you had brought these concerns to my attention during your stay so I could have addressed them immediately. Regarding the concerns mentioned, the home is cleaned between every reservation, including the floors and carpets, and supplies are routinely stocked for guests. I’m also sorry you experienced an odor during your stay, as smoking of any kind is not permitted inside the home. I appreciate you acknowledging my responsiveness regarding the lock issues. I’ll use your feedback to continue improving the guest experience. Thank you again for staying with us.

Beautiful Home

Beautiful home with on site parking. However, there’s some maintenance needed. Shower handle was loose and needs repair. Outdoor balcony wasn’t cleaned. No iron board in the property as listed in the details.

This unit was not satisfactory. The promised “secured” parking that was prominently highlighted in the listing did not materialize and it was “street parking.” The couch was so stained one would not wish to sit on. Bathroom was covered in pubic hair. Host was not communicative and did not respond for weeks after initial booking then communicated morning of that parking was not available. If I could leave 0 stars, I would. We did not stay here! Spent 10 minutes at the property and fled to a hotel. Host did not meet contractual obligations of secured parking, cleanliness, or sleeper sofa.

The concerns described do not reflect the condition of the property or the communication surrounding this reservation. The home is professionally cleaned between stays, and we take cleanliness and guest comfort very seriously. It is also important to clarify that the claim that the host “did not communicate” and that the property did not meet its obligations is misleading. I made efforts to communicate regarding the reservation and the parking situation. I’m disappointed that the guest chose to characterize the experience this way, particularly given that the stay was not completed. While I respect that every guest may have a different experience, I want future guests to have accurate information when considering this property. I remain committed to providing a clean, comfortable home and being responsive to legitimate guest concerns.
