Ideal for recharging your batteries while being close to many shops and leisure facilities. Dream starting point for cyclists and hikers.

The accommodation:

Fully fenced garden of about 300 m2, south facing, swimming pool, 1 terrace with pergola. Semi-detached house, on 2 floors with 4 bedrooms and 5 beds. Beautiful kitchen and living room on the first floor. 2 double bedrooms, 1 toilet and a shower room on the 1st floor, 2 bedrooms 1 double bed and 2 single beds and 1 bathroom on the 2nd floor. Accommodation not recommended for people with reduced mobility due to the stairs leading to the upper floors.

Air coolers in each room and fans

Electric plancha (barbecue prohibited by prefectural decree)
Guests will have to pay 100 euros on arrival for cleaning and the provision of towels.
bed linen is not provided: Allow for 3 double beds and 2 single beds as well as 8 pillows.

Additional rules:

Respect the surrounding calm of the enclosure and the neighborhood: What we all appreciate here is the little noise around, so to be kept!
For the pool, Do not use sunscreen and oil before swimming and showering mandatory to keep clean. If the water goes bad, a cleaning cycle will be done making swimming impossible for several days.
If you can water the few surrounding plants if you see that it is necessary, it would be very nice.
Vaping is allowed indoors and smoking only outside.
You will be informed of all these details during the handover of the keys and a presentation of the premises will be made.
