FW3 "Schafberg" is on the 1st. Floor and consists of 2 bedrooms, kitchen with dining area, living room, shower and toilet separated. The balcony on the south and east, which is accessible through all the rooms, offers a wonderful view of the mountains and a deer park.
Within walking distance there is a shopping center with supermarket, bank, tobacconist, café, pizzeria and solarium as well as a sports center with tennis court, badminton, squash and billiards. In our garden there is, among other things, a small playground with swings, slide and sandpit, toys for children, a barbecue area and a place for undetected relaxation. There is ample parking and a garaging for bicycles available. Our apartments are available from 14:00 on the day of arrival and until 10:00 on the day of departure.
