About this property

Pet Friendly, Fenced Yard, Clean & Quiet!

This home is located conveniently in Edmond, OK near the University of Central Oklahoma (UCO), If you're relocating to attend college or visiting the campus you'll love the location. You're literally a few minutes from campus by foot. Also, If you're making a visit to the University of Oklahoma's Medical Center in Edmond you'll be happy to know it is located across the street from our home. If you're just passing through or here for business you cant beat the location. Golf, Dining, Shopping!

This home has two floors. The living room, dining area and kitchen and half bath are downstairs and the two bedroom and full bathroom are located upstairs. Our home is equipped with High Speed Fiber internet excellent for streaming Netflix, Hulu, Youtube or watching local HD TV channels. The kitchen is stocked with all the basics and then some. Slow Cooker, Toaster, Blender. If you need anything let us know we're happy to add amenities for future guest.

Guest will have full access to the home. Parking is available in the driveway in front of the home as well as on the street.

I'm not always available in person but can always be reached through the APP or by phone or text.

Cute Neighborhood quiet with minimal traffic walking distance to dining, campus events and shopping. Just around the corner is park to take the children to play.

Had a good stay and it is located well within everything we needed. Just wished the back door deadbolt had locked since bedrooms are upstairs. All in all would stay there again due to it being in that location

Clean townhouse in a quiet neighborhood with little traffic. Close to multiple shopping and dining locations, and a couple blocks from the UCO campus. It is a. Dry pleasant property to use with comfortable and thoughtful amenities.

Nice pet friendly stay

We came through Edmond with our dog and were happy to stay here! Listing was as described and so were previous reviews. The duplex was clean, hosts were great and very responsive and small fenced area worked well for our dog to have some time off leash. Neighborhood was quiet and was nice for walking our dog too.

The "fenced back yard", is just a patio with a fence. Otherwise the property suited our needs. It's not fancy but is clean and convenient to a lot of places in Edmond.

It was okay.

The fenced backyard was why we chose this property. It was tiny with a deck and no grass, so we still had to take our dog on a leash out front. The property is a duplex and although the listing was for one address, there was a tenant there. The owner responded quickly that we were next door.

Only got to enjoy the duplex for a few hours....

I got on the road late, so I didn't get to the duplex until 4:30 am, so I didn't have much time to enjoy the property before checkout. However, it was exactly as advertised. My dogs (I was traveling with 3) enjoyed the fenced in area (very small, but adequate). Everything was clean and in working order. I had a chance to meet the owners (they were there around the time I was leaving) and they seemed like a very nice younger couple. I'll try to stay there again next time I need to stay over near Oklahoma City.

Th home is clean and welcoming with a very comfortable mattress. The fenced yard was a plus, as we had two small dogs with us. Enjoyed our stay very much and would choose to stay again when in the area.

Just good enough

If you just need somewhere to lay your head, this place will work just fine. If you are wanting a place to hangout and cook, look elsewhere. The kitchen is bare bones and the dinning room chairs do not feel like they are built for adults. It is “pet friendly”so you can expect evidence of past furry guests, but the heavy smell of cat was unexpected and hard to ignore. We ended up buying air fresheners and candles to try and mask the musty/musky smell. Disappointing stay.

My wife and I spent more than 20 years in the military and lived all over the world including 11 years overseas. While traveling Europe we commonly stayed in nightly rentals and thought one day we should get into the nightly rentals market. It's been rewarding hosting people from all over the US and World and being able to make their stay more comfortable and memorable.

Why they chose this property

This property was acquired in 2021. The location is perfectly located in one of the most desired towns in Oklahoma City Metro (Edmond, OK). Edmond offers the best public school system in the state. The location of this unit is perfect for any guests traveling to the metro. Will Rogers World Airport is only 24 miles away. The Historic City of Guthrie OK is located to the North about 19 Miles. This property sits within walking distance to University of Central Oklahoma and University of Oklahoma's Medical center in Edmond. Dining and shopping is within walking distance as well.
