You have 2 bright bedrooms with air conditioning, (Bedroom 1 + Bedroom 2 OR 3) and the garden. Your car is parked in the enclosed property. Close to the city centre (Marques Avenue), the historic centre, the Shoe Museum, the banks of the Isère. Close to the A7/A49. Tourist region. On request, French breakfast service, hearty on the terrace or under the veranda at 7,00€/ps. Table d'hôte (4 ps mini) to be booked, some days. Possibility of a room for cooking at extra cost (see below). Pets not allowed

2 separate rooms with central landing. Choice of: 2 double beds or 1 double bed and 2 bunk beds
Rooms renovated, comfortable bedding, beds made on arrival, personalised decoration. Private bathroom with shower and sink, separate toilet.
Travel cot on request (paying €6 if the sleeping capacity of the rooms is exceeded)
Large shower towels provided.
Direct access to the bedrooms upstairs, Wi-Fi and 1 TV
You may only meet the owners on the staircase giving access to the outside. (1 half-landing of 10 steps)
Children's games and library for the general public available.
Documentation on Romans and the region. We live on the ground floor, the ground floor with direct access is reserved for you. You are therefore totally independent. You can enjoy the flower and wooded garden with its deckchairs, hammock and a table with chairs. It is not planned to eat in the rooms (no table or chairs for this use). In the summer, if you want to prepare simple meals, you can, on request, have access to a recently converted, unheated outbuilding in the property, a few metres from the main house. Room of 17 m², equipped with holiday kitchen equipment, fridge, induction hob, microwave oven, table and chairs for 8 people, sofa. We rent this room at an additional cost of 20€ per day. (Day 1 and day 2, i.e. 40€ then free from day 3 to 7).
