Excellent spacious property, clean, very well furnished. It is conveniently located in the heart of Lincoln and close to all attractions. Property owner is very friendly, accommodating, and very easy to communicate with. Property is highly recommended for any group size up to 8.

We were so happy with our stay! The accommodations were excellent. The children really loved swimming in the river. We also used the firepit and the hot tub! Altogether this made our family vacation so special!

Absolutely beautiful home and the location was perfect for our needs. Very family friendly with easy access to a fire pit, hot tub and an easy walk to the river. So much fun fishing (and catching!) too! The kitchen is very well stocked with spices, pots, pans and even a crockpot! Very good lighting too which is very important to us older folks and we appreciated the fans in the bedrooms. The beds and pillows were super comfy. This made our family weekend stay a beautiful and special one. Thank you Dave!

This amazing condo was perfect for the couple of days we were there. Perfect location & easy to walk to town. Dog friendly, clean, and well stocked! Dave is very responsive. The only 2 things I can mention that could use updates, & I find this with a lot of home rentals, more towel hooks in the bathroom/bedrooms and new sheets. The fitted sheet kept coming off on our bed. This was one of my favorite stays.

Noted - I buy new sheet sets and towels every year - and sometimes they get mixed up (queen/full). While the towel bars often go unused and there are hooks on the back of each door, I'll see if adding is possible - cannot hurt! - Dave

Beautiful space, having 3.5 bathrooms is brilliant, deck was so wonderful to sit and have coffee on in the mornings, beds were so comfortable. Having only one key available to 5 people was a challenge, but we worked it out.

This condo was the perfect home base for our ski trip! The location is unbeatable. It was spotless, cozy and well-equipped with everything we needed. If you are looking for a comfortable, high-end stay right near the mountain, I cannot recommend this place enough.

We loved staying at this property at Loon Mountain South Peak. The townhome was very comfortable, it included everything that we needed for our stay. The location was perfect for our ski trip to Loon. The owner was great to work with, his communications were outstanding, he provided all pertinent information that we needed, check-in and check-out were very easy. We recommend staying here, and we will definitely be back for another stay at this location!

What an absolute gem of a place! We went up as 2 families with 3 kids and this condo is fabulous- so much space but still super cozy and inviting. You can see the south peak lifts from the windows and it’s a 3-4 minute walk to the chair- easy to come in to warm up and have lunch and walkable to the main Loon hotels and shops. Would highly recommend and plan to be back!
