Private parking is available behind the building to avoid street parking for up to 2 cars. Combination keypad access on the front door. Come vacation by the prestigious Abbot Kinney Blvd. and enjoy all the walking amenities ( chic restaurants, shopping and more all within a 5 minute walk . Marina Del Rey, Santa Monica Promenade, the Santa Monica Pier and Pacific Coast Highway are all within a 5 mile radius. Enjoy festivities on the first Friday of every month, it is what makes Venice such a great place to vacation!
