Come enjoy all our home has to offer with towering picture windows in the open living area. Step out to the private deck, taking in nature on your doorstep. Relax in the large hot tub, grill on the outdoor patio, or cuddle around the gas firepit. Utilize the multiple living quarters, providing for privacy AND community. Utilize the Tesla charger to always wake up to a full charge for the day. We're Toho-Tally excited to welcome you!

Everything was perfect!!!!! From the host to bedrooms to showers. Host was very responsive during our stay! He was able to provide instructions on all the questions I asked for. The house was beautiful with gorgeous views! There were plenty of comfortable beds for our group four families consisting of 13 people. The Flagstaff Snow Park was so close and amazing for the kids and adults alike to snow tube. The host was fabulous and easy to contact!

This house is so beautiful and spacious. We had a group of 16 people who were all able to stay comfortably and we all had a great time! We had our wedding ceremony in the back yard and then bbqed, hung out in the hot tub and enjoyed our evening. This place will forever hold a spot in my heart!

Hello! We are Jill and Andrew. Husband, wife, and two little boys living in Flagstaff, Arizona. We were both raised in Arizona - Flagstaff and Tucson - where we met in college at the University of Arizona. We love to hike the trails within our neighborhood, go backpacking, snowboarding, and all things outdoors, and we're excited to share our home with travelers from all over the globe!

Why they chose this property

This home is comprised of ample living space with 6 bedrooms making up 2 king beds and 4 queens, along with 3 unique living/lounging areas as well as multiple kitchens to cook up an exceptionally great time! There is 1 couch which pulls out into queen sleeper sofa and 1 couch pulling out into a twin sized sleeper sofa, as well as a provided self-inflating queen air mattress, all of which we provide sheets, extra blankets, and pillows. All rooms and living areas are connected and accessible within the same home, so no need to voyage outside ever to connect with the rest of the group.

The outdoor areas are composed of multiple patios and decks which give different privacy and community gathering areas. Walk out of the main living and dining area onto the oversized wrap around deck with seating for all to enjoy morning coffee or evening stories. The side patio is equipped with an in-line gas grill, lounging hammock, outdoor dining, and connection to the fire pit and hot tub. Hot tub has seating for 7 but will almost certainly overflow when reaching 7 guest capacity.
