Great summer stay

Ideally located for golf and water outings. Very comfortable and we all enjoyed our stay. The kitchen could be better stocked with cooking supplies, otherwise a great place to stay.

Ski weekend get away

House was perfect for our family and gave us quick access to Schuss Moutain. Also close to Bellaire if you wanted grab a pizza or check out one of the restaurants.

Great Property

The property is a great location and peaceful. Chris the property manager was great to work with. The house sleeps plenty and 2 full bathrooms. The kitchen is adequately stocked but could use more kitchen towels and serving dishes. Overall great property.

Clean cabin close to the slopes

We enjoyed our stay over new year’s weekend. The cabin was spotless with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Hot showers with great water pressure. Bonus kids room that our kiddos loved!! (9,7,4) The cabin is a quick drive to shuss mountain base which even allows for back and forth for breaks/lunch. It’s about a 10 minute drive to the magic carpet area. We tried out all the pools but preferred the outdoor one best at cedar. The owner was easy to communicate with and very hospitable. The only downside was Michigan lost. Go Blue!

Winter wonderland

Great experience for our family of four adults, and even our dog. It was hard to leave the great beds, great surroundings, and beautiful clean home. We never used the available wifi as we were there to ski, snow shoe and enjoy each other. We used their board games and cooked in most nights. I would highly recommend it, and would love to return.

This newer listing was cozy, spacious and clean. Chris, the host, was easy to reach if we needed him and provided a great place for my friends and I to stay. We will definitely be back!

This is the 3rd property my wife and I have started renting through VRBO. We own two Slope Side Units at Cedar River, feet from the purple chair lift. We love the Bellaire area and decided to add a true " Up North" feel log home to our properties. We live locally in Traverse City and love hosting guest!

This property is super unique with being minutes from the Base of Schuss Mountain and private access to the Cedar River. The property is nestled in the woods of Swiss Village and provided plenty of privacy for families. Walk to the Cedar River in the summer, or enjoy a S'more over the custom patio fire pit area. It is truly "one of a kind"!
