This condo is our second home located on the 11th flr in the South Hampton high-rise, Kingston Plantation. Newly renovated bathrooms, bedrooms, and restyled throughout. Wide open oceanviews with relaxing accommodations for your beach escape! MAKE NO MISTAKE! The view is the icing on the cake and there are three separate balconies from which to take it all in.

You DO have access to the South Hampton pool. *****This is a private rental, it is NOT associated with the Embassy Suites or Hilton on Kingston Plantation. You DO NOT have access to the amenities(pools, waterpark, fitness center, etc.) at those resorts. *******

NEW: Day Pass for Embassy or Hilton Pool Access: Day Pass NOW available for the Hilton and Embassy Pools. Book directly with Kingston Plantation Hilton or Embassy for access. This is an additional charge if desired to use, not associated with Saunders Place Vacation Rentals. All rules, regulations and availability are administered and controlled by the Kingston Plantation Hilton or Embassy. Information for purchase and reservations will be sent after you book.
