Magnificent villa with 2 gardens on 18 ares, consisting of 2 bedrooms each with bathroom.
1 large equipped kitchen, 1 living room with dining room. Two large outdoor terraces with garden furniture and dining tables. Large and beautiful swimming pool of 5 m/12 m.
The villa is located in a guarded residence of 38 villas. It is one of the most beautiful residences in the Cap Skirring region. Very beautiful African vegetation, abundant and varied. You will be woken up to the sound of the songs of the many birds, each one more beautiful than the last. You will be amazed by the splendid beach at the foot of our residence where you will meet the cows during their frequent walks.
Many excursions are possible in the region organised by local specialists. Canoe rides in the bolongs, fishing, visiting typical villages, visiting wonderful islands... and delicious meals on site. Very nice quad bike or buggie rides.
For the more sporty, surfing, cycling, walking, organised sport with a coach .... Everything is possible according to everyone's desires. You will enjoy yourself in the beach restaurants as well as in the many restaurants of Cape Town.
You will have an unforgettable stay and think only of coming back to this magnificent paradise.
