Come and experience “paradise” in the woods at Aqua Vacation Rentals, Woodland Paradise. This home features A main house, guest house, heated pool, kids playground area and 13 acres of beautiful wooded land in Union Pier. As you enter the front door you get a sense of how large the space is with vaulted ceiling’s in the living room and an open floor plan. The living room features a sitting area with a fireplace and TV. The dining room seats eight guests comfortably with a breakfast nook that overlooks the backyard and pool and there’s additional seating at the island. There is a primary bedroom on the main floor with a king size bed and large bathroom that has a soaker tub and walk in shower. The kitchen allows for multiple guests to be cooking and preparing meals or cocktails and there is a half bathroom off the kitchen area. Upstairs in the main house there are two bedrooms and a Jack and Jill bathroom. The first bedroom has one bunk bed that has a full bed on the bottom twin on the top and a queen bed in the second bedroom. The bathroom has a tub shower combo. In the main house there’s also a bonus area in the basement that has toys, a seating area, pool table, dart board, basketball game and plenty of space for all to hang out. The basement also features a laundry room with full washer and dryer.

Guest House features an open concept living room dining room kitchen area with brand new cabinets and counter tops in the kitchen. Plus there are two bedrooms and a full bathroom. One bedroom has a queen bed in the other bedroom has bunk-beds. The full bathroom has a walk-in shower. Between the main house and the guesthouse there’s a beautiful in-ground heated pool. There also is plenty of furniture for lounging or having lunch outside and there’s a playground for the kids to play. This property features 13 acres with many trees and wooded areas to explore. It also runs along the river and there is plenty of space in the yard to play games or for the kids to run around and enjoy time outside. This home also features an electric car charger and generator also. This home is located not far from downtown Union Pier, as well as Downtown Three Oaks. New Buffalo is also about an eight minute car ride from the house. Throughout this area there are many shops, restaurants, galleries, wineries and breweries. The Town line beach is also located about 2 miles from the house or enjoy Warren Dunes State Park for the day. This home is 90 minutes from Chicago and the perfect quiet, secluded getaway for any group!

Please note: In lieu of a Refundable Damage Deposit (providing a credit card for damages), Aqua charges a non-refundable fee (included in the quote before booking) which provides up to $3000 of coverage towards unintentional rental property damages. Also travel insurance is optional.
