Just outside Beaujeu, the historic capital of the Beaujolais region, this holiday rental—formerly a restaurant and pizzeria—has been completely renovated to offer you a unique and welcoming place to stay in an exceptional setting, nestled in a spacious garden graced by a small river that gives the rental its name: “Le Riverside.” Accommodating up to 15 people, this holiday rental combines the authentic charm of the past with modernity to create an exceptionally elegant “industrial loft” atmosphere. On the ground floor: a large, light-filled living area with several spaces to relax and enjoy time together: a lounge with a pool table, a central area featuring a bar and dining area (the pizza oven is for decorative purposes only), and a reading nook. Large living room (TV and wood pellet stove). Fully equipped kitchen opening onto the dining room. 2 double bedrooms (2 single beds each). Hallway with 2 identical bathrooms. 1 family bedroom (4 single beds) with a private bathroom. 3 bathrooms with sinks. Upstairs: To the left of the entrance: Office area; 1 family bedroom (4 single beds). On the right side: 1 triple bedroom (3 single beds) with 1 private bathroom. The 5 bedrooms in the cottage are flexible, with single beds that can be grouped together according to your needs. Cot available upon request. Wood pellet central heating and reversible air conditioning in some bedrooms. Outside: large enclosed parking area, 2 covered terraces ideal for your spring and summer evenings. Stone-topped tables (optional, at an additional cost). This cottage is the perfect place for a family reunion. Breakfast delivery is available upon request (for an additional fee). Utilities and linens, with beds made upon arrival, are included in the rental price. Optional cleaning fee: 200€.
