A new apartment about 95 square meters. Very bright and modern apartment with underfloor heating, which has 2 floors.
On the ground floor there is 1 double bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen combined with living room, guest toilet with walk-in shower and towel dryer.
On the upper floor you will find a spacious room studio with a single bed, double sofa bed, television, shower, toilet and sauna (by arrangement for a fee).

Toll ausgestattetes Ferienhaus, alles sehr neuwertig, Top Lage (mit Fahrrad oder Auto schnell am Strand, Einkaufen direkt um die Ecke - Aldi, Combi, dm, Baumarkt,…). 1. Stock ideal als „Teenager-Einliegerwohnung“ mit eigenem Schlafbereich (Bett und Schlafcouch), zweitem TV und luxuriösem Tageslicht-Bad mit schöner Sauna (kostenpflichtig). Anreise super unkompliziert (Schlüssel am Haus im Tresor) ohne Formalitäten, alles war vorbereitet.

Die Ferienwohnung hat eine schöne Lage, wir hatten unsere Fahrräder dabei, in 3 Minuten zum Bäcker, Metzger, Getränkehandel und diverse Supermärkte. In ca. 10 Minuten ist man in Norddeich am Meer. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung lässt eigentlich keine Wünsche offen.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft

Die Unterkunft ist sehr modern, sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Das Haus ist sehr gut gelegen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind schnell zu erreichen. Auch perfekt gelegen für schöne Radtouren. Ein Italiener ist auch direkt gegenüber, nur leider hatte dieser Urlaub als wir da waren.Die Kommunikation mit Irene war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert!Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Perfekte Wohnung

Wir waren vom ersten Moment an in Ferienstimmung - die Kommunikation war zuverlässig, der Empfang unkompliziert und herzlich, alles war bestens vorbereitet. Die Ausstattung ist hochwertig. Die Lage ist so, dass man sowohl gut in die Stadt als auch zum Strand laufen kann (wenn man einigermaßen gut zu Fuß ist). Vielen Dank!

Hervorragende, toll ausgestattete und sehr sehr saubere Unterkunft. Schön und sehr ruhig gelegen, trotzdem sehr zentral und perfekt als Ausgangspunkt schöner Fahrradtouren. Beste Kommunikation vorab mit den Besitzern. Wirklich sehr zu empfehlen.

Ferienwohnung zum Wohlfühlen

Tolle saubere Wohnung

Die beste Wohnung, die wir bisher hatten. Sehr sauber, schön eingerichtet und alles ist sehr gepflegt. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Einziger Verbesserungsvorschlag wäre eine Trenntür zum oberen Stockwerk, um im oberen Bereich etwas mehr Privatsphäre zu haben. Dennoch ist die Wohnung sehr empfehlenswert für Familien mit 3-4 Personen. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt!

Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und super netter Besitzerin

Die ganze Wohnung und alles waren von vorne bis hinten tip top und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Als einziges könnte ich wenn überhaupt sagen, dass wir es etwas schade fanden, dass oben das Schlafzimmer eine offene Treppe hatte ( also keine Tür zwischen dem oberen Schlafzimmer und dem Wohnzimmer unten. Sprich, wir mussten abends wenn unsere kleine Tochter (6Monate) bei uns im Schlafzimmer unten schlief sehr leise sein, weil wir uns leider nicht oben im anderen Schlafzimmer(oben) oder unten im Wohnzimmer normal unterhalten konnten oder den TV laut machen konnten. Wenn oben eine Tür wäre, wäre es wirklich rund um perfekt. Danke für den tollen Aufenthalt. Liebe Grüße
