Very pleasant and functional house, with enclosed garden for more privacy and security, completely redone, and classified as a 4-star furnished tourist accommodation, ideally located, in a beautiful tourist area, between different beaches, each more beautiful than the other (5 minutes walk).

- on the first floor, you benefit from a kitchen, living room (sofa bed), living room, a separate toilet and a bathroom with shower.
- upstairs, 3 bedrooms, a bathroom redone in 2026 with toilet, shower, and vanity unit.
- Beds are made on arrival, and towels are provided at no extra charge.
On the terrace, you can enjoy the garden furniture: tables, chairs, deckchairs, barbecue, parasol...

- From the terrace you access directly through a door to the heated swimming pool (from May to September).

-The swimming pool is on the neighbouring property and is entirely reserved for you. You can also take full advantage of the garden on this part. Pets must be kept on a leash around the pool.
