Situated on a quiet street near Le Mans hospital and just a 3-minute walk from the Tramway T1 station, you'll benefit from direct and easy access to the lively city centre, the beautiful Medieval Old Town, the train station, the legendary 24 Hours of Le Mans circuit, Marie Mavingt Stadium, and the exhibition centre.

Our room offers you:
A private and comfortable space with a double bed.
A private shower room and toilet located on the landing, for your privacy.
The possibility of parking for free on the street or in front of the house.
A very quiet environment, ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring.
Quick access to the ring road for your car journeys.
