Apartment 2:
This spacious apartment for 2 to 4 people is located on the 1st Floor and offers a sunny balcony on the south side. It consists of a bedroom and a living room with a pull-out couch. The floor covering is laminate.  The rental price includes: Use of the entire inventory. Bed, kitchen and bath linen, electricity, water, heating, parking, use of the lawn, cellar for skis or similar, TV with cable connection (200 TV programs) final cleaning included!  

Welcome to the Schmidt house. Our house is centrally located in Bayrischzell surrounded by a large garden with pavilion and barbecue, right on the Wendelsteinbach. All our apartments are in a rustic style, have a radio connection, TV connection, cosmetic mirror, first-aid kit, fire alarm and internet connection (WiFi). Each of our apartments has its own parking space. Pets are allowed on request. Rental bicycles for excursions can be rented for a fee.  Guests receive free tickets for the tennis court and the public outdoor pool. And if you wish, fresh bread rolls can be brought in early in the morning.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft,nette Wirtin.Immer hilfsbereit,gibt gute Tips.Man kann alles machen (wandern,Rad fahren, klettern sowie Tandem flüge absolvieren) Die Bahn fährt fast vor die Haustür und trotzdem hört man sie nicht.
