Enjoy comfortable accommodation in the high street of the village labelled "Ville et Métiers d'Art" of Saint Amand en Puisaye.

▪️ Next to the castle-museum of Grès and its 30 potters and ceramists.

▪️ 15 minutes from the castle of Saint Fargeau, Saint Sauveur en Puisaye and Guédelon.

▪️ 30 minutes from the wine cellars of Pouilly sur Loire and Sancerre as well as the many goat farms as far as Chavignol.

▪️ Also enjoy the many hiking trails in the Poyaudine forest.

▪️ Apartment equipped with an open-plan kitchen with central island for 4 people including a hob, a microwave oven (combined), a coffee machine (Dolce Gusto coffee and tea), kettle and toaster. As well as all the crockery and the main kitchen utensils. ▪️A living room with connected TV (swivel and extendable arm). Two two-seater sofas, one of which is convertible (fitted sheet, pillows and duvet for 2 people).

▪️ A 15 M2 bedroom equipped with a 160x200 bed with a good quality mattress and all bed linen. Adjustable ceiling light in intensity, colour and a reversible fan. The bedroom is completed by a desk (wifi connection) and a dressing room for 2 people.

▪️ The bathroom includes a washbasin and a new 90x90 shower. You will have at your disposal 4 large and small towels as well as a welcome kit including: soap, shower gel and shampoo.

▪️ The apartment is also equipped with a washing machine located in the kitchen.

Appartement chaleureux, bien décoré et spacieux. Très propre et bien équipé.Il est situé en face du château- musée sur le grès avec son parc. Boutiques d'artisanat d'art et épicerie associative très pratique juste à côté. Château de Guedelon à 15 min en voiture.Propriétaire très réactive.
