Our Resort is next door to the nationally-ranked Kiva Dunes Golf Course. Perfectly situated, our complex is minutes away from the restaurants, shopping, and entertainment of Gulf Shores, yet you are away from the over-developed crowded beaches of the strip.

This Gulf-Front, Non-Smoking Condo is fully furnished and well maintained for your comfort. The kitchen was updated with granite countertops and is equipped with all new stainless steel appliances including a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, blender, regular & Keurig coffee maker, and toaster. The condo also has two TVs (49 & 43"), (Both Smart TVs). The cable and. The bedroom has a Hi-end memory foam Queen-size mattress and the living room has a full-size sofa sleeper. The unit also has two built-in bunk beds recommended for children only. Linens, iron, and all kitchen utensils provided. The facility offers a coin-operated laundry just steps away.

This is a wonderful place on the beach. It's like staying at someone's home, owners are great. A couple local restaurants/businesses close as it's a slow time of year, but others are open, and only 15 minutes to Gulf Shores, which has everything. This was my 2nd year staying here, and I am planning on coming back for 3 years in a row.

The condo was very nicely updated and included everything we needed for a wonderful stay. The view is amazing and the property had so much to do, including restaurants and a coffee shop. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed it!

This was a perfect place for us! My husband and I enjoy coming to Ft. Morgan, and this condo was great! Just the right amount of space for us to enjoy relaxing, amazing view from the balcony. We love this location, but loved the trip even more in this condo. It had all we needed and as always the pools and beach were great and everyone there is so nice. We can't wait to go back!

My wife and I spent time here celebrating 44 years of marriage, what a wonderful condo! Will absolutely come back if able. Your first impression may be that it’s small but it’s not given you will likely spend most of your time on the gulf front porch. It’s great for a couple and small kids. I was tempted to give it less than a five to keep you from renting out from me! A few things to fix but most are minor, don’t overthink it, just do it.

This was a great place! It was perfect for me and my boyfriend! We lived all the pools and all the amenities. The walk to the beach was very easy and we enjoyed the beach so much. It was very quiet and relaxing beach! Would 100 percent stay here again!!

Location is nice, and clean. Unit could use some TLC for a better guest experience. Master mattress is foam and worn out with too soft edges and a hard lump in the middle. The oven and range needs repair or a replacement.

Property was just as shown. Perfect view of the ocean and I never left the balcony when I was there if we weren’t enjoying the beach or the amenities offered on the property which was such a wide range. We loved the restaurant close by and the coffee shop. Communication was great. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay or rental.

Gulf front condo near Fort Morgan

Really nice condo, well furnished, very clean. Great location overlooking the Gulf and good location for bird watching nearby in Fort Morgan area. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

We have stayed at GSP multiple times, in multiple buildings. This unit is our new favorite! Beautiful view, perfect location! Close to both large outdoor pools, Sassy Bass and the boardwalk. Check in was quick and easy, room could not have been cleaner! We will definitely be staying here again!

Perfect Weekend Getaway

The property was perfect for two life long best friends to get away and enjoy the peace and quite of Fort Morgan. The location was perfect-far enough from town to avoid the crowds but close enough to town to enjoy shopping and dinner. We are already looking at dates for next year for another getaway and we hope to stay in this condo.

Relaxing and Peaceful

The unit is tiny, but was immaculate and well equipped. The view of the beach is wonderful. We went to relax, read, and rest. It was a great place to do that and the size was all we needed for the two of us. Overall we were very pleased.

The condo was very nice, but the only thing about it was you couldn’t tell if the stove was on broil or bake. Other than that it was a great place to stay for the weekend.Beautiful view! The pool right in front of the building was a big hit with our kids. The beach was beautiful and we found so many shells.

Perfect Location

This was the perfect location for us! The views and short distance to the beach were outstanding. The furniture and supplies were just right, in addition to communication with our hosts. It is a small one bedroom place, but exactly as described and was simply perfect for my husband and I. We hope to return!

The first year after taking an early retirement we bought our first Gulf Shores Condo It's always been a peaceful beach get-away. Away from the normal tourist congestion but with numerous actives a short drive away. It seems like every trip we make, we find new Gulf Shore friends in the complex and new places to explore. We've always enjoyed our beach get-away

Why they chose this property

Beaches were always our passion. We couldn't wait to travel to new tropical settings. The tranquility and beauty always puts us in proper perspective of appreciation for the gifts of nature.
After the first trip to Gulf Shores Alabama, we knew it was a place we wanted to return again and again.
We've love visiting by ourselves, with our family (10 grandchildren) and friends. The beach never disappoints us.

What makes this property unique

The complex has enough amenities so that you can stay at condo, relax and eat-in & find activities on-site. But the local wildlife, restaurants, actives and nightlife offer some wonderful choices worth seeking out.
We love the Buffett-sound and the southern-country rock. These musical talents are well showcased in Gulf Shores
