Amazing home in a riverfront neighborhood. Newly refreshed, bright, clean, beautiful Deltona home with an open concept. The home has large 4 sliding doors overlooking a huge pool, canal and the famous Marco bridge! The home features 3 bedrooms and 3 FULL bathrooms along with a living room with a fireplace and a sofa bed for another private space to rest yourself. The lanai is large with lounging furniture, table, chairs and that really big pool for the family to enjoy. You will love the VIEW.

Family getaway!

Very spacious property with lots of room for everyone. The beds were very comfortable and the kids loved the swimming pool and the play area in the garage. We would highly recommended staying here! The view of the canal and the bridge was amazing!

Great last minute getaway

We enjoyed our stay. The large pool was our favorite part! It was heated and got quite deep at one end. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and a close drive to the beach, restaurants and shops. There were a couple pool noodles, other floaties, diving rings, and an infant floatie. Also, a ton of beach towels- which was nice not having to haul in our suitcases! There were also beach chairs, an umbrella, and beach toys for kids. The house was clean, but we would’ve appreciated some Kleenex, hand soap in the bathrooms, and dish soap. Wish there would’ve been a table to eat dinner at out on the pool patio. There was plenty of laundry detergent, which was nice. Beds were comfortable. Lots of room and nice to have two separate living rooms! Our young children had plenty of space to play in the house, although most of our time was spent out by the pool!

Marco Island

Enjoyed our stay at this waterfront home which was close to great restaurants and shopping. Walked around the neighborhood in the am, visited hotel beaches, Everglades and Naples for lunch and then spent our afternoons lounging by the pool. House was spacious, clean and well furnished. Even had a pair of very cute burrowing owls nestled in the front yard. Hope to be back next year!

Overall great large vacation home!

We planned this trip with short notice and we’re happy to get it! It is very spacious and lots of room to move around! Very clean! Enjoyed the large heated pool! We did not need a home this large as there were only two of us but we made the most of all ammenities offered!

Great stay, awesome vacation home

We had a great time at Carla's property. She was very easy to communicate with. Only downfalls - main slider door doesn't work well, pool lights don't work, master bedroom tv didn't work, 2 Beach chairs were broken. Pros: lots of sun, big / clean pool, very updated and clean, quiet location, lots of wildlife, very safe / secure. Benefits would have enjoyed: more trash bags, some dishwasher detergent, being able to turn the air conditioner lower. Overall it far exceeded our expectations. Will recommend to friends. Can't wait to visit again!

Why they chose this property

The house is a charm with an amazing view of the river and bridge. The guest has enough space to separate themselves from the 2 living spaces, therefore it is an open concept and still have spaces to have everyone together. The beds are comfortable.. having 3 bathrooms is also a bonus. One of the bathrooms has pool access. We love to spend time with our family in the spacious lanai and the pool is outstanding!
