We came for a volleyball tournament, this house was perfect in location and layout. Plenty of space to spread out as parents and kids and an open plan for the kitchen and livingroom that allowed for easy dinners and time together during the tournament.
We will definitely book here again in the future!
We really enjoyed our stay and the house, was perfect for our group. Plenty of space for cooking and hanging out. Nice to have so many nice bathrooms for everyone to shower and get ready. Very functional and lots of cooking amenities.
This house was perfect for our family holiday gathering. Everyone had their own space and there was plenty of room for our gathering of 8 adults and 2 children. House was clean and well stocked. We will definitely keep this property in mind for future gatherings!
We had a large group attending the Indy 500 and this house was perfect for our stay! We grilled out the night before the race and spent time with each other all weekend because we were all together. Highly recommended for a large group!!
The house was perfect for a group of 6-7 friends to get together from different states to attend the tournament games at Gainbridge Fieldhouse. Everyone had their own space and bathrooms, but also had room to eat together and hang out during down time. I would highly recommend this home!
There was plenty of room for our family in town for a wedding. The kitchen was well stocked and even though we needed a water heater repair, the owner was attentive and got it fixed quickly. We would highly recommend this property.
The house was just as listed. There were ample rooms for 4 adults and 6 children. The beds were comfortable, didn't hear any complaints from our crew. Overall if we head back to Indy someday, we'd consider rebooking this home. Thanks!
We enjoyed our visit. The house was comfortable & clean. The bedrooms & bathrooms spacious . I loved the openness of main floor so people could move freely & visit together. We had two infants and there was plenty of room for our porta cribs and baby stuff . The location was just minutes to our wedding venue . We all loved the home it was beautiful.
We took our young children along with family friends with kids and we all had a great time! It’s listed as 4 bedrooms, but the office has beds in it, so more like 5 bedrooms. Ample space for our group. The backyard is fenced in with a large deck that was great for our kids. Kitchen is well stocked with cookware, etc. Thanks for having us!
The house is as advertised! Really really big! We had 8 family members (no children-all adults) and we were very comfortable. Everyone liked their beds and bathrooms- the bathrooms are also really big! We all took showers within a 45 min time frame and never ran out of hot water. We also cooked a big breakfast on Saturday and the house had everything we needed. Very well equipped kitchen. The location of the house is really close to downtown Indy. We took Ubers to the wedding venue, the Library, and it was a 8 min drive. The only complaint we had was when the AC was running, there was a funky smell coming from the vents. We ended up turning off the AC and opening windows. This was an easy fix for us. We reported the problem to the owners and they are having it checked out and corrected.
The house was spacious. Could use some new pillows. 3 of the 5 couples complained about flat pillows. We rode the Monon trail. We dove to a nearby soccer field, parked and road the trail from there. Not an easy access from the house. Trail going north to Broad Ripple was very nice. Stops along the way and many restaurants in Broad Ripple. Fun weekend!
Recently renovated, clean, open space house. Will rent again.
The listing says there is an office but if definitely can be used as a bedroom. It has two twin beds (trundle). Everything else is as advertised in the description. When we got to Indianapolis, it was a hot summer day. The first floor of the house was cold with good AC, the upstairs , for me was always “warm” with the full AC on. The temperature was never “cool”. This is an old house (but fully renovated inside) is located in an older neighborhood so the neighbors are super close to the house- which is not a big deal. Just nice to know. The neighbor was very quiet. Very close to downtown which is what we needed. There is a Whole Foods 10 minutes away- other than that, anything within a 5 minute drive there is not much or it’s kidda shady area. Easy check in and out. Trash day is Wednesday. They only have one trash bin. No recycle bin.
Parking is only on the street and we had only one car which we always parked in front of the house.
I would definitely stay here again.
The entire 11 of us in our extended family stayed 2 nights and were delighted with the design of the space and the comfort. The bedrooms and baths were configured well for the elders and the kitchen was spacious enough for serving breakfast and snacking while visiting. I think we were one of the first renting groups so enjoyed the new space. The 2 engineers among us noted a few problems with the banister attachment on the stairs (attached to the wallboard only). Everything functioned well for us. The neighborhood was quiet for us, too.
We had 10 adults and the accommodations were great. Close to downtown, plenty of parking, modern house with 2 main floor bedrooms and 3 more upstairs. Overall a great experience.
