It is accessible from both rooms, the bathroom / toilet across the hallway. You do not have to go through the other room. The kitchen is located on the south side with a balcony. The bedroom is very quiet to the north side with a small balcony. Both rooms can be darkened with a shutter. Parking is available directly on the property.
