Modern Villa

Villa Bubica is a comfortably equipped, modern holiday house in the rural part of Dalmatia, in Ravni kotari, Stankovci. Ideal choice for families with several children of different ages because it offers a spacious living space of 50 m ^ 2, 3 bedrooms (one with a double bed 160x200 cm and flat TV, the other bedroom for young people with a large bed 140 x 200 cm and a third bedroom with a bed 120 x 190 cm. The bathroom has a double sink, shower, bath and bidet, and an additional toilet with sink and urinal.
The house is located by the road, has an unheated outdoor pool measuring 6.5 x 3 m, depth 120 cm (mandatory supervision of younger children), large dining terrace with barbecue and pool view, children's playground, bicycles for rent, and a garden of approx 900 m ^ 2 with an olive grove and a garden where organic vegetables are grown, available to guests. The whole house is covered by free WiFi signal and has its own private parking for 2 cars which is also free.

We built the house a few years ago as our family home, but since our grandparents have a house next to ours, we have decided to move in with them and offer our house to guests who want to come to our area, take a break from the city crowds, get in touch with the nature, domestic animals, domestic food and take with them an unforgettable experience! Since the house is located in a rural environment, in the morning you will be awakened by the crowing of roosters, you will hear the barking of dogs, sheep that went to pasture or hardworking people who went to cultivate their fields to produce healthy food for themselves and our guests.

Our family consists of 4 members. Mom Ana had been working in tourism for 20 years and in real estate agency recently and is therefore an experienced host who will provide you with all the necessary information. Dad Andrej loves to play the guitar and has his own music studio. Son Šime is a typical teenager who enjoys in playing games and daughter Graciela is a National Team football player. We have a cat Greta and a dog Dolphus, we love to travel, meet new people and places, even kids speak English.

We respect your privacy and will be at your disposal as much as you want!
