Our family house of 130 m2 is composed of 4 bedrooms and an enclosed plot of 1000m2.
It can accommodate a maximum of 8 people.
Located in the countryside, in a green setting, you can admire the sea from the garden.
You will enjoy the joys of Normandy and its tranquility.
Our house is located in the town of SAINT-LEONARD, close to the towns and beaches of Fécamp and Etretat.PGJyPgPGJyPgModern and spacious layout, with veranda opening entirely in front (room and living room) with roller shutters, terrace, laundry room and garage in the basement. WIFI (FIBER).
Central heating.
On the ground floor there is a bedroom (bed 140) and 1 toilet.
Upstairs, there is a bathroom (bath and toilet) and 3 bedrooms (2 in bed 160; 2 travel cots: 1 bedroom with a bed in 120 and a bed in 80).

Private outdoor parking and fully enclosed land 1000m² .
You will benefit from the charm of the fireplace for warm evenings (wood is at your disposal).

We would like to inform you that UNDER THE GATE,(PHOTO ATTACHED - Entrance to the property), there is a difference in level. Kitchen linen and bed linen, (beds made on arrival) are provided, depending on the number of guests.

Additional equipment is available in each room, it can be used if necessary, the rate is 15 euros per gift.
- Double bed: fitted sheet (160 x 220), duvet cover (220x 260), 2 pillowcases (63x63)
- Single bed: fitted sheet (120 x 190), duvet cover (160x240) 1 pillowcase (63x63)
Bath sheet, glove and towel included in the additional allocation.

Concerning arrivals and departures: I ask all our travellers to respect the conditions of the "ENTRANCES - 16:00" and "DEPARTURES - 10:00" schedules, to facilitate the restoration of the accommodation and its exteriors, to honour our services, and we owe it to ourselves to respect our commitment to you "THE TRAVELLERS".

Events are not allowed.
Conditions and rules: We will not accept any night party.
The 2017 law concerning nocturnal disturbance, neighbourhood disturbance and other noise nuisance is still based on Article R. 1337-7 of the Public Health Code, which stipulates that any noise that disturbs the peace of the neighbourhood is punishable.
