La petite grange: new apartment in a peaceful setting in the Arras countryside

Welcome to our gîte La petite grange, recently renovated, in the quiet of the Arrage countryside.

In an independent part of our barn, you will benefit from a new and functional two-storey apartment, designed to comfortably accommodate 3 to 4 people, 5 maximum.

It is located in the centre of the village, 10 minutes from Arras, 30 minutes from Lille and 1h30 from the Opal Coast.
It is also located in the heart of the main historical sites of remembrance and battle of the 1st World War.

Each room of the cottage has been carefully arranged, creating a warm and "natural" atmosphere.

The ground floor consists of an entrance, and will soon host a small relaxation area with jacuzzi, shower and rest chairs.

On the 1st floor, you will access the living room with LIVING ROOM: sofa bed in 160 for an extra bed more suitable for children or young adults (⚠️ 13cm mattress in 1 piece, but which does not equal the comfort of a classic thick mattress), television, internet
and EQUIPPED KITCHEN: dishwasher, combi oven, induction hob, fridge, toaster, croque-monsieur appliance, kettle, Nespresso and filter coffee makers, basic necessities: oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, sugar, coffee, tea.
The BATHROOM is adjacent and consists of a large shower, a vanity unit, large storage cupboards, a washing machine.
A separate toilet is located on the landing of the 1st floor.

On the second floor, you will find a large bedroom, sloping but spacious, with a large 160 cm bed, a 1-person bed, an office area, and a skylight overlooking the countryside.PGJyPg
Household linen (sheets, towels, bath mats, tea towels) is included.

We also provide you with a baby kit on request (travel cot, mattress, high chair, baby bath...)
