• 40 m² west-facing terrace with traditional paving – perfect for a plancha or a relaxing sunset moment

The house is well insulated and fully equipped for year-round stays:
• Modern electric heating and a wood-burning stove in the original fireplace
• Fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, etc.)
• Washing machine
• TV in the bedroom, Wi-Fi

Capacity: up to 4 people
• One bedroom with a 140 cm bed (head and foot can be raised electrically)
• One large 160 cm sofa bed in the living room

Un havre de paix

Petite maison charmante restaurée avec beaucoup d'harmonie, tout est pensé pour que l'on s'y sente bien . Et c'est le cas !On a pu profiter de l'agréable pergola couvrant la terrasse pour manger , lire , dehors en toute tranquillité. Pas loin de Poitiers, Futuroscope, Chauvigny, le site est très bien placé pour beaucoup de visites de la Vienne dans un îlot de verdure.Les propriétaires sont accueillants et discrets .Nous recommanderons cette adresse à nos amis , sans hésitation !
