Location! Location! Location! Walk to Park City Mountain base. Or take the direct ten minute bus to check out the newly expanded Deer Valley terrain. Perfect for skiers, borders and everyone looking to enjoy this beautiful winter wonderland. Stay in this newly remodeled Park City condo- right in Old Town. One and a half blocks to Park City Mountain. Sleeps up to 7 guests. Spacious open floor plan. New beds, new bathrooms and showers, open concept kitchen, beautifully decorated dining and living rooms. Each room has been outfitted with new furniture, rugs, a smart tv, lots of storage, and all the amenities you would expect at a fine hotel. New, full size washer and dryer in unit. Cozy gas fireplace in the living room. We've added lots of comfy seating for your entire group to enjoy after a day of skiing and boarding. Dedicated underground, covered parking spot in the building.
This unit sleeps 7 comfortably. The primary bedroom has a king bed with luxurious linens and an attached bathroom. The bathroom has an oversize, spa tub, and a vanity with double sinks. The second bedroom has a queen bed with a twin XL trundle bed that can be rolled out to accommodate a third person in this bedroom. The living room features a queen pullout sofa with an upgraded memory foam mattress for an additional two guests.
This location is amazing! Walk to Park City Mountain Base. The condo is located 1.5 blocks (slightly uphill) to the Park City main parking lot. Easy stroll to Old Town restaurants and bars. Don't feel like walking? The free Park City transit bus stop is on the corner. It will take you everywhere including the Deer Valley ski resort. Everything you need for a great vacation is within 3 blocks: Starbucks, grocery stores, pharmacy, and ski/rental shops. Sundance venues are just a few blocks away.
No car necessary. Uber up from the SLC airport then walk or take the free bus everywhere. It's that simple! There is so much to do, even for non-skiers. Park City Library is right down the street for movies and relaxing reading spaces. Cross country skiing and snowshoeing on the Park City golf course are just a few blocks away.
New for 2025-2026 Ski Season. Deer Valley has doubled their terrain! Skiers can take a direct bus from our corner right to the Snow Park Base at Deer Valley. This easy 10 minute bus ride that lets you off right at their lifts.

Furniture all in good condition. Central location and able to walk to base or downtown. Much more space than traditional ski condos. Also, roomy ski lockers in garage.

We loved our stay here! The 2nd bedroom was perfect for our 3 kids with the trundle. The unit itself was very clean and updated. It was really homey and had everything we needed for our stay. The location was perfect! We loved being able to walk over to the mountain and walk to Starbucks and Main Street. Having a parking spot available was super convenient too. The host was very nice and always answered back quickly. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to park city!

Excellent location right by the ski lift — perfect for skiers who want quick and easy access to the mountain. The condo was clean, and comfortable, with everything we needed for our stay. A great option for both short trips and longer ski vacations.

The unit was in great shape and plenty spacious for our family. We were able to have meals in the unit, which was well stocked and very clean. The location was prime and parking under the building was spacious for a small building even with an SUV. We would definitely stay here again

A fantastic place in the perfect location. The unit is very nicely decorated and all the bedding, toiletries, etc are great quality. The host was very attentive and considerate making our stay lovely. Also, the location is ideal. It was a very easy walk to Mountain Village. Getting to Main Street is also very doable (about 15 mins walk) but if you're too tired from the day, the condo is right on multiple bus routes so you can step out the door and hop a free bus to get you there quickly. Definitely would recommend.

Loved everything about our stay. Condo was as described and well appointed. Location to the ski lifts was excellent, just a few blocks away. Downtown Park City for shopping and dinners was super convenient. We would definitely recommend this place.

Overall, we were impressed with the layout of the property. Two generous bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. Kitchen had everything we needed. The property was very clean and easy walking distance to ski lifts, public transport and town.

Property was in excellent condition with great amenities in a good location.
Property was clean, well equipped and had everything in it you will need. It is only a 10 min walk to the slopes and an easy walk to downtown for restaurants, etc.

Condo was exactly as advertised. Everything we needed was there and Tracey was extremely helpful with recommendations before we arrived. Location is great, super easy to access free city bus to get to old town Park City, market etc and the walk over to Park City Legacy Lodge was just a few minutes. Overall, a terrific stay!

This condo was a great place to stay in during our brief trip for skiing/snowboarding/Sundance. Downtown Park City main street were only a few blocks away and there is a bus stop almost right outside the door. The condo was updated, clean, qnd we appreciated the comfortable furniture. The ownerts were responsive.

The condo was very clean, bright, and spacious. I liked the open kitchen/dining/living area where we could all hang out. Less than a mile from the heart of Park City Main Street, it was an easy walk to all the shopping and restaurants. Great to avoid downtown parking! The host is very prompt in responding to any questions. Would stay there again.
