Located 1 km from the Canal du Midi, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, 30 minutes from the city center of Toulouse, the Pink City, and a few kilometers from Revel, Lake Saint-Ferréol, Villefranche-de-Lauragais, Lake Thésauque in Nailloux and its water sports center, and an hour from Foix, Carcassonne, Montauban, and Albi... The cottage is harmoniously arranged over two levels to offer comfort and welcoming common areas: - Ground floor: entrance hall, kitchen/dining room, 2 bedrooms (2 single beds that can be joined together, 80 x 200 cm, TV, private shower room) (1 double bed, 160 x 200 cm; you will need to use the other bedroom on the ground floor to shower). - First floor: a large living room, a place for sharing and relaxation, with comfortable sofas, a reading corner, board games, and a foosball table; as well as a dormitory (1 double bed 140*190cm, 3 single beds 90*190cm, and a private bathroom).
