Welcome to my home! A lovely 80m² single-story house on a 610m² fenced and landscaped plot. Located in a quiet neighborhood, the house has been redesigned and decorated to create a natural and soothing atmosphere. The kitchen, open to the living room, is fully equipped and brand new, as are the furnishings in the two bedrooms, the bathroom, and the hallway. All the rooms are bright and have shutters and blackout curtains, which should please those who love to sleep in complete darkness 🙈 The sofa is a sofa bed. The garden surrounding the house features flowering shrubs, rose bushes, olive trees, and fruit trees such as a lemon and a hazelnut tree. You'll enjoy sipping a final cocktail on the patio in the garden furniture at the end of the day, before gathering on the covered terrace for a delicious barbecue. The garden also features a large clothesline for air-drying laundry, located right next to the washing machine in the garage. The veranda has a cozy, bohemian feel, and you can even adjust the lighting to create the perfect ambiance in the evening. Bed linen and bath towels are provided free of charge. The nearest beaches, a 10-15 minute drive away, are Pinia, Calzarellu, Vignale (arguably the best beach in Corsica), and Quarcione (my personal favorite...). Several beautiful rivers are also located near the house, including the Pietrapola River with its stunning waterfall, just 9 minutes away. And that's not all: Pietrapola-les-Bains boasts hyperthermal, sodium-sulfur springs (55°C) known for their beneficial effects on rheumatism, musculoskeletal disorders, arthritis, and osteoarthritis. By choosing this rental, you're guaranteed a relaxing and refreshing stay. You'll find a café, "U Spuntinu," a 6-minute walk from the house. A nice grocery store is a 3-minute drive (13-minute walk) away, and it's currently expanding. A bakery is right next door. Both are open even on Sundays. For other amenities, such as a pharmacy, supermarket, or tobacconist, it's an 8-minute drive.
